Our Daily 8 Tea is a fabulous blend of our favorite herbs for everyday health and wellness, which focus on supporting energy levels, brain function, inflammation, stress response, immune system, and the nervous system. Daily 8 is an ideal blend for everyday tea drinkers who want their tea to do more than simply taste good, as this blend is delicious, but more importantly, it is powerful in its effects on the body and brain. Beyond boosting energy levels, Daily 8 is a wonderful blend for its anti-inflammatory properties, as well as its cognition support and memory aiding effects. We start Daily 8 with our two favorite anti-inflammatory herbs in spicy Ginger and powerful Turmeric, but the taste of these medicinal roots will not overshadow the palate of the tea, which caters more toward the delectable Ceylon Cinnamon, classic spicy Clove, and energizing Green Tea. We finish with adaptogen star Holy Basil, which aids the body's response to intense stress, curbing the negative effects stress can have on the body, while also supporting cognition and decision making. We amp up the blend with Rosemary to further support memory, recall, and protects against some cases of brain cell degeneration. Lastly, we marry in soothing and gentle Chamomile as it's fantastic for anti-inflammatory support, calming anxiety, and relieving pain.‡

Sizes: Sampler 0.7oz (20 grams) or 10-15 tea cups, Large 2.5oz (72 grams) or 30-45 tea cups, XL 5.1oz (145 gram) or 60-90 cups of tea
Take 1-2 TSP of loose leaf tea and place into a strainer ball or an empty tea bag and steep in boiling hot water, stirring often (typically 15-20 minutes until color of hot water changes and aroma of tea fills the room). For a more medicinal brew, let steep for 30-40 minutes, covered, but taste may become more bitter. Add honey and sugar to taste.
