This sleepy collection of salve, tea, tincture and sachet come together to make up our best natural approach to a range of ailments like stress, tension, sleeplessness, and nervousness, and when used in together can become a powerful sleep aid. This care package was formulated by our family of four generations of Herbalists.‡
To ease the reeling mind or to calm anxiety and nervousness, rub a dollop of our Dream Balm onto temples and wrists, or if tension headaches are ailing you, rub some around your neck and skull as well. When dealing with sleeplessness or middle night insomnia, apply some to the bottom of the feet for fastest absorption. We start our Dream Balm with organic French Lavender, German Chamomile, Passionflower and Mugwort in Olive oil and melt in raw organic beeswax, and finish with a potent mixture of essential oils and plant extracts. We always focus on medicinal strength, so a little goes a long way.‡
For ultimate relaxation drink a cup of our organic Sweet Dreams tea 15-minutes before bed, which is a blend of potent calming and sedating herbs like French Lavender, German Chamomile, Lemongrass, Lemon Balm and Passionflower. This tea can make you sleepy, but small cups can be enjoyed when anxiety mounts. Although, when anxiety becomes too difficult to deal with, place a few drops of our Calming Tincture under the tongue for fastest response. This potent tincture is a blend of some of the most powerful herbs for promoting relaxation, soothing nerves, easing tension and calming anxiety, while also aiding the body and mind in its ability to adapt to the effect stress has on the body. You only need to start with a few drops under the tongue. Pairing the tincture with meditation is a great practice to do at home or while on the go. Finally, we include a cute tiny pillow of Lavender infused with Lavender essential oil, which can be stored inside your pillow case so that the aroma reaches you throughout the night, ultimately promoting sleep in a relaxing environment. Before bedtime, drink a cup of the Sweet Dreams tea, or when nervousness or sleeplessness occur. When experiencing anxiety, stress, nervousness, sleeplessness or mood imbalance, place a few drops of the Calming tincture under tongue, then swallow after 30 seconds. Or if you dislike the taste, add a few drops to a drink. When in bed, rub a dollop of Dream Balm into the bottom of your feet, wrists and temples, then breathe in deeply the natural aroma for use as aromatherapy. Store the cute tiny pillow sachet of lavender inside your pillow case so the therapeutic scent can ease you to sleep. When dealing with persistent insomnia or middle night sleeplessness, employ all four remedies at one time. Joining in meditative breathing can greatly increase the effectiveness of these products. Additional tip: Silence the phone and spend time in Nature, hike, put your bare feet on the earth and let rushing water from a stream wash over your feet.
