Our Chill Out tea blend is a wonderfully relaxing tea which marries together our favorite medicinal plants for easing anxiety, calming nerves, relieving stress and tension, while positively influencing mood and happiness. This is our go-to tea for long stressful days, which we like to pair with a soothing foot bath soak for optimal effect. We recently revamped the recipe to improve the taste and aroma, as well as the overall effect, now with the addition of Blue Lily Flower, Oatstraw, Catnip and Marshmallow. Now, it's better than ever! We start with French Super Blue Lavender, soothing Marshmallow Root, and gentle Chamomile, powerful calming herbs like Lemon Balm, Oatstraw and Catnip, before finishing with three powerful anxiolytic herbs like beautiful Red Rose, super calming Skullcap, and mystical Blue Lily Flower.‡
Our medicinal loose leaf tea blends are effective for a range of medicinal uses, and they all taste amazing. Even the ones with the least tasty herbs, because we focus on a fulfilling blend that meets our medicinal intentions and expectations, as well as our taste palates. We use only clean and sifted certified organic herbs and a few wildcrafted mushrooms in our recipes.

[Anxiety + Stress Relief]
Ingredients: Lavender* (Lavandula x intermedia), Rose* (Rosa centifolia), Chamomile* (Matricaria recutita), Lemon Balm* (Melissa officinalis), Oatstraw* (Avena sativa), Marshmallow Root* (Althaea officinalis), Skullcap* (Scutellaria lateriflora), Catnip* (Nepeta cataria), Blue Lily Flower*.

Size: Sampler 0.4oz (12 grams) or 10-15 tea cups, Large 1.2oz (35 grams) or 30-45 cups, XL 2.3oz (65g) or 60-90 cups of tea
Take 1-2 TSP of loose leaf tea and place into a strainer ball or an empty tea bag and steep in boiling hot water, stirring often (typically 5-15 minutes until color of hot water changes and aroma of tea fills the room). Add honey and sugar to taste. Additional tip: Silence the phone and spend time in Nature, hike, put your bare feet on the earth and let rushing water from a stream wash over your feet.
