Our Tension Tea is a gentle way to ease tension, stress, headaches and migraines. When you begin to feel tension mounting or that ache of an approaching migraine, drink a cup of Tension tea and relax in a cool, dimly lit place. If you're prone to stress-induced migraines, drink throughout the day to keep your base line stress level down and to battle any growing tension. We blend tension relieving organic Peppermint leaves with nervous system tonic Lemon Balm, headache aiding Bay leaf, migraine reducing Feverfew, calming Lavender, and finish with a old time remedy for pain and headaches in Willow bark, which was the original aspirin.‡

Our medicinal loose leaf tea blends are effective for a range of medicinal uses, and they all taste amazing. Even the ones with the least tasty herbs, because we focus on a fulfilling blend that meets our medicinal intentions and expectations, as well as our taste palates. We use only clean and sifted certified organic herbs and a few wildcrafted mushrooms in our recipes.

Ingredients: Peppermint* (Mentha piperita L.), Willow Bark* (Salix alba), Lavender* (Lavandula x intermedia), Feverfew* (Tanacetum parthenium), Lemon Balm* (Melissa officinalis), Bay Leaf* (Laurus nobilis).

Size: Sampler 0.4oz (11 grams) or 10-15 tea cups, Large 1.4oz (41 grams) or 30-45 tea cups, XL 2.1oz (60 grams) or 60-90 cups of tea


Take 1-2 TSP of loose leaf tea and place into a strainer ball or an empty tea bag and steep in boiling hot water, stirring often (typically 5-15 minutes until color of hot water changes and aroma of tea fills the room). Add honey and sugar to taste. Additional tip: Silence the phone and spend time in Nature, hike, put your bare feet on the earth and let rushing water from a stream wash over your feet.
