Celestial Dreams is a potent plant extract that we make in limited small batch form. To use, take a dropperful 15-minutes before bedtime, leaving it under the tongue for 30 seconds and shortly you will notice a tiredness come over you. Taking Celestial Dreams under the tongue can be harsh. But many with lucid dreaming experience have suggested sleeping one hour then waking up, taking a dropperful diluted in a sleepytime tea before going back to sleep for once you enter REM sleep, lucid dreaming becomes possible. In times of anxiousness, sleeplessness, or prolonged insomnia, place a few drops up to one dropperful under tongue (beware: it will burn!) and hold for 30 seconds for fastest absorption, or add drops to a beverage. You may take less if you find it works for you, as we've found that small dosages are best for washing away anxiety and nervousness throughout the day, while keeping the sedating properties at bay, however if too much is taken, sleepiness may occur. Everybody reacts differently, so it's best to start slow and work your way up to the dosage that works best for you. If you're dehydrated, your dreaming and dream memory recall will be affected.
