Take 1-2 TSP of loose leaf tea and place into a strainer ball or an empty tea bag and steep in boiling hot water, stirring often (typically 5-15 minutes until color of hot water changes and aroma of tea fills the room). Add honey and sugar to taste. Can be used as a meal replacement, but limit once per day for periods of two weeks every six weeks; meaning take a month break before restarting this everyday regimen. Since everybody reacts differently to plant medicines, it's important to take it slow and to listen to your body. This tea is NOT to be used as a quick weight loss product, and should be used cautiously.
