Down the Rabbit Hole Tea - Organic Tea for Lucid Dreaming, Deep Sleep Support, Euphoric

$1025

Down the Rabbit Hole is a mystical tea made up of a proprietary blend of rare organic flowers, shamanic herbs, and medicinal plants known for inspiring lucid dreaming. Down the Rabbit Hole Tea works to ease anxiety, support deep restorative sleep, and can provide a subtle euphoric effect, while intensifying the dreamstate, dream recall, and aiding in positive dreaming, lessening nightmarish scenarios. Lucid dreaming is the ability to feel as if dreams have come alive and one can be conscious while dreaming to where they can manipulate the environment and influence the perceived events. We blend magical Blue Lotus flowers with dreamy Mugwort, shamanic herb Mexican Dream Herb (Calea Zacatechichi), spiritual Holy Basil, and earthy Patchouli before adding exotic Klip Dagga flowers, Ginkgo Biloba for recall and anti-nightmare effects, Passionflower for anti-anxiety and positive dreaming, and finish with calming Chamomile and delicious French Lavender flowers.

The practice of lucid dreaming is not easy and not everyone can do it, and sometimes it can take years of trialing and experience to truly master. This tea makes it easier to enter this state, but to become truly conscious, it's important to do some further research online as there are tricks to realizing you are dreaming, and these tricks need to become habitual to work best. For example, try and turn off a light switch, and if nothing happens, you're dreaming. Then once you realize you're dreaming, you can start to change the dreamstate reality, and once reached, this level of consciousness can be cathartic, healing, or plain wild and crazy fun depending on your mental state and interests. Be sure to avoid light, phones, and TV an hour or two before bed as this will disrupt your ability to achieve REM sleep, and drink this tea 30-minutes before laying your head down to sleep. Be well hydrated as dehydration can affect dreaming and memory recall. It's best to keep a voice recorder or a pen and paper beside the bed as dreams are fleeting.

Our medicinal loose leaf tea blends are effective for a range of medicinal uses, and they all taste amazing. Even the ones with the least tasty herbs, because we focus on a fulfilling blend that meets our medicinal intentions and expectations, as well as our taste palates. We use only clean and sifted certified organic herbs and a few wildcrafted mushrooms in our recipes.
