Razmataz herbal tea is as bright and flavorful as it is beautiful, sprinkled with lemon zest and studded with deep red raspberries. Lemon balm and lemon verbena not only taste wonderful but are known for settling systems that seem stuck in overdrive, that often results in symptoms like high blood pressure, nervousness, anxiety, heart palpitations, tremors, manic thinking, or shortness of breath. Chamomile blooms lend this tea a delicate apple fragrance and flavor of sunshine while gently soothing nervous stress and is an age-old insomnia helper. Sweet hibiscus petals and bright red raspberries are full of antioxidants, and tangy lemon peel turns this pot of tea into a vitamin packed tonic to the body. Red Raspberry leaves are known to help soothe the result of an over-stressed life, an upset stomach which can sometimes become irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), stomach ulcers, heartburn, nausea, diverticulitis, or Crohn's disease.

Size: Sampler 0.4oz (11 grams) or 10-15 tea cups, Large 1.5oz (42 grams) or 30-45 cups
Take 1-2 TSP of loose-leaf tea and place into a strainer ball or an empty tea bag and steep in boiling hot water, stirring often (typically 5-15 minutes until color of hot water changes and aroma of tea fills the room). Add honey and sugar to taste. Additional tip: Silence the phone and spend time in Nature, hike, put your bare feet on the earth and let rushing water from a stream wash over your feet.
