Our medicinal loose leaf tea blends are effective for a range of medicinal uses, and they all taste amazing. Ingredients: Orange* (Citrus sinensis), Lemon* (Citrus limon), Lemon Balm* (Melissa officinalis), Ginger* (Zingiber officinale), Grapefruit* (Citrus paradisi), Lime* (Citrus aurantiifolia), Calendula* (Calendula officinalis), Nettle* (Urtica dioica), Yerba Mate* (Ilex paraguariensis), Gotu Kola* (Centella asiatica), Holy Basil* (Ocimum tenuiflorum), Natural Citrus and Orange Flavoring.

Size: Sampler 1oz (28 grams) or 10-15 tea cups, Large 2.5oz (71 grams) or 30-45 tea cups, XL 4.1oz (118 grams) or 60-90 cups of tea


Take 1-2 TSP of loose leaf tea and place into a strainer ball or an empty tea bag and steep in boiling hot water, stirring often (typically 5-15 minutes until color of hot water changes and aroma of tea fills the room), however this tea is better tasting with shorter steeps, between 5-10 minutes, as longer steeping times may cause certain herbs to become bitter tasting. Add honey and sugar to taste. Additional tip for starting the morning the best way possible: Silence the phone and spend time in Nature, hike, put your bare feet on the earth and let rushing water from a stream wash over your feet.
