Our Stellar Mood Tea is a special loose leaf blend crafted specifically to aid depression, hopelessness, low moods and seasonal affective disorder (SAD). We employ some of Nature’s happy herbs, like bright and vivid Calendula flower, super rare Yellow Lotus flower, calming Chamomile, exotic Saffron, sweet Honeysuckle, and beautiful Chrysanthemum, then blend in stronger medicinal plants like healthful Ginger, anti-inflammatory aid Turmeric, the good mood herb in St. John's Wort, powerhouse medicine in Rhodiola, and anti-anxiety tonic Lemon Balm, and finish with tasty Lemongrass, zesty Lemon peel and earthy Pu'erh White Tea. SAD is a disorder where mood is affected by lack of sunlight, and a sort of depression can result. Drinking this tea daily along with increased sunlight can curb many of the side effects of SAD, while also boosting low mood, feelings of hopelessness, and can help keep baseline happiness at a sustainable level with prolonged use.‡

Ingredients: Pu'erh White Tea* (Camellia sinensis), Calendula* (Calendula officinalis), Chamomile* (Matricaria recutita), Lemongrass* (Cymbopogon citratus), Ginger* (Zingiber officinale), Yellow Lotus* (Nelumbo lutea), St. John's Wort* (Hypericum perforatum), Lemon Balm* (Melissa officinalis), Chrysanthemum* (Chrysanthemum morifolium), Turmeric* (Curcuma longa), Lemon Peel* (Citrus limon), Honeysuckle* (Lonicera japonica), Rhodiola* (Rhodiola rosea), Saffron* (Grade A -Crocus sativus).

Size: Sampler tins hold 0.63oz (18 grams) or around 10-15 tea cups worth, Large tins hold 2oz (56 grams) or around 30-45 cups of tea, and XL tins hold 3.4oz (97 grams) or 60-90 cups of tea.
Take 1-2 TSP of loose leaf tea and place into a strainer ball or an empty tea bag and steep in boiling hot water, stirring often (typically 5-15 minutes until color of hot water changes and aroma of tea fills the room). Add honey and sugar to taste. Additional tip: Silence the phone and spend time in Nature, hike, put your bare feet on the earth and let rushing water from a stream wash over your feet.
