Each plant extract is ready for easy use, by applying a few drops and up to one dropperful under the tongue. For quickest results, hold the liquid for 30 seconds then swallow. Otherwise, if the taste is too bitter or harsh, you can always swallow and chase with another drink or simply add some drops into your favorite beverage when needed.
