Our herbalist Brandon uses Midnight Oil at bedtime to ease him to sleep and to tackle middle of the night insomnia. Sometimes the simplest thing like having the urge to goto the bathroom can be enough to end a night of sleep, but he's noticed his mind stays drowsy throughout the night with no brain fog in the morning. Where it used to be the littlest peep outside or urge to pee meant hours of wakefulness during the wee hours, now he's made something with quick relief. We start our Midnight Oil with a heat extraction of Valerian Root, Ashwagandha Root, California Poppy Flower, Arnica and Passionflower in an oil blend of Fractionated Coconut, Grapeseed and Jojoba, then we finish with potent blend of plant extracts and essential oils of Lavender, Bergamot, Vanilla, and German Chamomile. Each herb was carefully chosen to offer the most well-rounded entourage effect for sleep support, and each oil was chosen for its ability to offer a fine balance between absorption and friction for muscle manipulation during massage therapy. In times of anxiousness, place 1-2 drops and work into temples and then breathe in deeply the aroma for use as aromatherapy.
For sleep support, place 20-40 drops along the neck, shoulders and back and work into muscles while releasing knots and other tense muscles. You may use more or less, however, the more you use, the more sedating. Work into feet for additional relaxation and quick absorption.
