The Living Web: Whole-Body Health & Skin Care
People rarely just experience one symptom at a time. In this integrative class, we step back and learn to see the whole person, how food, stress, sleep, environment, skin, immunity, chronic illness, and daily habits all connect to one another. We’ll explore whole-body wellness from head to toe, including skin care, nourishment, lifestyle medicine, and the herbal thinking needed to build thoughtful protocols rather than chase isolated complaints. This class ties the series together and invites students to ask better questions, notice deeper patterns, and support health in a way that connects mind, body, spirit, and honors our place in the living world.
* Learn how to step back from isolated symptoms and start seeing the whole person, where food, stress, sleep, environment, skin, immunity, and daily habits all affect one another.
* Explore whole-body wellness from head to toe, including nourishment, skin care, lifestyle medicine, and the deeper pattern-thinking herbalists use in real life.
* Build a stronger framework for asking better questions and noticing the connections between recurring complaints rather than chasing one symptom at a time.
* Gain introductory insight into supporting chronic illness, skin challenges, and long-term imbalance with more realism, humility, and whole-person care.

About the Green Path Academy:
Imagine a world where nature handed you what you needed, when you needed it. No cost to you. No trip to the store. Did you know the “weeds” around you had value to your health and could feed and nourish you and your family? What if we told you right out your back door are plants that can do all this and more? What if these plants were your pharmacy, grocery store, beauty parlor, spa, and pain clinic? What if when you looked at your garden, you saw friends instead of weeds that need pulled, you knew them by name, and you understood their value?
This imagined world is our family’s reality, and Green Path Academy is our way of reaching a hand behind us to the next person on the path. Held at the beautiful Clary Gardens botanical sanctuary, our classes are warm, hands-on, practical, and deeply rooted in the living art of herbalism. You will learn how to grow, gather, prepare, taste, formulate, and work with herbs in everyday life, not from a cold seminar at a podium, but in the spirit of a roundtable, where beginners, plant lovers, gardeners, homemakers, healers, and lifelong learners can sit together, ask questions, make remedies, and remember a more grounded way of caring for themselves and their families. Our Green Path Certificate Track is a 20-class practical herbalism course designed to guide students from seed to harvest to remedy-making and everyday herbal care.
