Lost Skills Gathering - Festival Tickets

October 3, 2026 at Clary Gardens in Coshocton, Ohio.

Step into a living classroom set among gardens and woodland paths, where elders and artisans share the time-honored skills, many our grandparents used to thrive on. Spend the day learning by doing—watching live demonstrations, joining hands-on mini-workshops, asking questions, and browsing a maker’s market of useful, beautiful goods. It’s a celebration of heritage knowledge, practical craftwork, and community learning—rooted in nature and designed for all ages.

Purchasing your ticket ahead of time helps us plan supplies, space, and instructor capacity... Plus! it saves you money. Day-of-festival prices are $12 (adults) and $6 (youth/elder/service), but if you buy your tickets beforehand, the pricing is as follows:

  • Kids, 3 & under: Free

  • Youth, 17 & under: $5.00

  • Adults, 18–59: $10.00

  • Elders, 60+ (with ID): $5.00

  • Military / Active Emergency Responders (with ID): $5.00

Will Call & Entry

  • All presale tickets are held at Will Call at the festival entrance.

  • Bring a valid government ID for the purchaser; presale tickets are nontransferable.

  • After verification, each attendee will receive a hand stamp for same-day reentry.

Things to Know

  • Rain or shine.

  • Cash is useful—some vendors/instructors may not accept cards.

  • Many activities are drop-in, with occasional short queues; instructors may adjust timing/content as needed.

  • Instructors accept donations for their time, lessons and materials—thank you for supporting them.

  • Re-entry permitted with same-day hand stamp.

  • No pets. Service animals welcome.

  • Built on respect, kindness, and shared curiosity — this is a peaceful, politics-free, drug-free, and weapon-free gathering where all are welcome to learn with open hearts and considerate minds.

Due to the nature of our business, being that we are a small family run business who focuses on providing top quality products with a quick turnaround, we can not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges on any product in our shop. Woodland Herbal's products are small batch and are made-to-order and are often started the same day an order is received. Therefore, we can not accept cancelations, returns or refunds. We are not responsible for shipping issues with the USPS or any postal service. All international orders are at your own risk, and no refunds will be given for lost or returned packages. All sales are final.
