Ingredients: Organic Rosehips (Rosa canina), Organic Red Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Organic Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), Organic Rose Petal (Rosa centifolia), Organic Red Raspberry (Rubus idaeus), Organic Maca Root (Lepidium meyenii), Panax Red Ginseng, Organic Damiana (Turnea diffusa), Red Lotus (Nelumbo nucifera), Saffron (Crocus sativus).
Size: Sampler tins holds 0.7oz (20 grams) or 10-15 tea cups, Large tins hold 2.0oz (58 grams) or 30-45 tea cups, and XL tins hold 3.0oz (86 grams) or around 60-90 cups of tea.
Take 1-2 TSP of loose leaf tea and place into a strainer ball or an empty tea bag and steep in boiling hot water, stirring often (typically 10-15 minutes until color of hot water changes and aroma of tea fills the room). Natural ruby red color will darken the longer it steeps. Add honey and sugar to taste.
