Nature's Immunity Tea is an old family recipe for building up the immune system, which also aids cold symptom recovery, viral response, and respiratory function. In our family, when someone starts feeling a little under the weather, or when the sniffles start, we make them a cup of this tea. When a flu or virus is apparent, then we drink 2-3 cups a day and take a tablespoon of our elderberry syrup blend which is available in autumn. Nature's Immunity brings powerhouse immunity herbs of Elderberry, Elderflower, Echinacea, and Rosehips together with stimulating Peppermint, anti-inflammatory aid Ginger root, calming and viral support herb Lemon Balm, and finish with our most beloved respiratory herbs in Mullein and Licorice Root.‡
Our medicinal loose leaf tea blends are effective for a range of medicinal uses, and they all taste amazing. Even the ones with the least tasty herbs, because we focus on a fulfilling blend that meets our medicinal intentions and expectations, as well as our taste palates. We use only clean and sifted certified organic herbs and a few wildcrafted mushrooms in our recipes.

Size: Sampler 0.5oz (14 grams) or 10-15 tea cups, Large 2.5oz (71 grams) or 30-45 tea cups, XL 4.0oz (114 grams) or 60-90 cups of tea
Take 1-2 TSP of loose leaf tea and place into a strainer ball or an empty tea bag and steep in boiling hot water, stirring often (typically 5-15 minutes until color of hot water changes and aroma of tea fills the room). Add honey and sugar to taste. We like to add a splash of whiskey to ours. ;-)
