How to use (your choice):
Start with just a few drops to dial in your ideal dose, then work your way up over time as needed (up to one full dropperful). For quicker uptake, take it under the tongue, hold for about 30 seconds, then swallow. If the flavor is too bold, simply swallow and chase with a sip of water, tea, or juice.
