Our Dream Balm is made up of a blend of calming and sedating plants known for their relaxing properties, and their ability to calm the mind, soothe the nerves, and relieve tension and stress. Our Dream Balm is among our finest and most popular products for good reason, as it is an effective sleep aid with sedative and anti-anxiety effects. The best way we know to use this balm is to rub a dollop into the feet before bedtime, as your largest pores are in your feet and this provides quickest absorption into the bloodstream. Apply to wrists, chest and temples, and combine with meditation and aromatherapy for the most powerful calming effect.‡

We start our Dream Balm with a heat extraction of organic French Super Blue Lavender flowers, intoxicating German Chamomile flowers, tranquility-inspiring Passionflower and dream herb Mugwort in an oil base, then we melt in natural raw Beeswax, and finish with a range of powerful plant extracts and essential oils. We always focus on medicinal strength, so a little goes a long way.‡
