 How to prepare a matcha: 
1. Put a teaspoon of matcha powder into a bowl and add a small amount of cold water to dissolve the powder.
2. Put about 60ml of boiled water into a bowl.
3. Vigorously mix the tea powder until there are a lot of bubbles. Avoid touching the bottom of the bowl with the whisk.
4. Gently whisk the surface of the tea to make the bubbles smaller.
5. Finally, circle the whisk around the edge of the matcha and take it out from the center.
• Care: Clean before use by soaking in hot water for 2 minutes. Soak whisk in warm water for a few minutes before each use. After each use, soak again in warm water to ensure matcha residue is cleaned off, otherwise it will mold. Never use soap or dishwasher to clean whisk. 
• Storage: After cleaning, store up right to withhold the shape of the whisk or on a whisk holder if available. If the prongs of the whisk begin to break or thin, that is when it is time to replace.
