*In times of anxiousness, sleeplessness, or prolonged insomnia, place a few drops in a beverage. Everybody reacts differently, so it's best to start slow and work your way up to the dosage that works best for you. For quickest absorption, place drops under tongue and hold for 30 seconds then swallow, but be warned: it will burn! Use as needed. Shake well. If you take a dropperful, there are about 30 doses in this tincture, with each dropperful containing 1mg of melatonin. While some melatonin supplements on the big box market shelves recommend 1-5mg per dose, we understand the negative effects of heavy/prolonged use of this molecule, and have made this tincture to be a healthier alternative to strong single supplemental use.
